Eligibility: The “Free $20,000 Roof Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, own a real estate property (residential or commercial) in Lee, Collier, or Charlotte counties in Florida, and possess valid proof of property ownership. Employees, officers, and representatives of Craftsman Roofing and Restoration, their advertising and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family members of such persons (spouse, child, sibling, parent, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live), and those living in the same household of such persons (whether or not related), are not eligible. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by each of these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. 3. Campaign Period: Entries will only be accepted online starting on November 19, 2023, 12:00 AM and ending December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM. Any entries received outside this time frame will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by submitting an Instant Roof Estimate entry using the online form provided on the Campaign URL (on this website https://southflroofs.com). The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Craftsman Roofing and Restoration. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Craftsman Roofing and Restoration and will not be returned. Duplicate entries from the same person will be disqualified. Prizes: The Winner will receive a brand new roof constructed and replaced by Craftsman Roofing and Restoration, valued up to $20,000, to their property in Lee, Collier or Charlotte counties, Florida. If the Winner’s name is drawn and their roof has already been completed by Craftsman Roofing and Restoration on or after November 19, 2023, they will receive a check reimbursing them for their roofing expenses up to $20,000. Prize specifics, including make and materials, are determined solely by Craftsman Roofing and Restoration. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No substitutions are permitted, and all prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the Winner’s responsibility. Acceptance of the prize grants Craftsman Roofing and Restoration the right to use the Winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
